- Soviet rocket launcher placed on arms in 1974. BM-21 Grad-1 launcher 9P138 set on a truck ZIL-131. Block l auncher has 36 guides 122.4 mm caliber. In the transport position block launcher is rotated back and inlets are launching in Augus t for the cab car. In combat position block is launching with a platform to which it is moved fast to close the meter backwards. The guides are the missiles fired demolition blast-fragmentation OF-21-1 and 9M28F.
